We collected baseline blood pressure readings (at the clinic) and participant questionnaires during the recruitment phase. Two months after their deliveries, all participants received a Just Walk It flyer, directing them to download the Active10 application and engage in brisk walking for at least 10 minutes per day, either via mail, email, or WhatsApp. This was confirmed with a telephone call two weeks after its initial occurrence. Evaluations of the program, including telephone interviews regarding the acceptance and use of Active10, were repeated after a three-month delay from the initial assessments.

Of the 28 women who were approached, 21 (75%, with a confidence interval between 551 and 893 percentage points) expressed willingness to participate. Peircean semiotic theory is the framework employed in this study to analyze the semiotic configuration of a festival tourist attraction, the Guangfu Temple Fair in China being the case. To analyze the organizers' planning scheme, conference materials, seven interviews with organizers, and forty-five interviews with tourists, a qualitative research method, grounded theory, was employed. Based on social values and tourist expectations, festival organizers construct a festivalscape, prioritizing safety, cultural activities, personnel service, facilities, creative interaction, food, trade shows, and the overall festival atmosphere. By engaging with festivals on cultural, unique, social, and emotional levels, and through careful observation, tourists derive meaning from the festival's attractiveness, focusing on its expression of cultural diversity, dynamic activities, distinctive features, and the sense of celebration. From a semiotic perspective, the conceptual model for festivals as tourist attractions is constituted by organizers' creation of signs and how tourists understand these indicators. Furthermore, the study enhances the understanding of tourist attractions and will furnish organizers with the tools for creating successful festival attractions.

Patients with PD-L1-positive gastric cancer are currently most effectively treated with the combined regimen of chemotherapy and immunotherapy. Despite existing options, the ideal treatment plan for elderly or vulnerable gastric cancer patients remains elusive. Prior investigations have demonstrated that PD-L1 expression levels, Epstein-Barr virus engagement, and high microsatellite instability (MSI-H) are possible predictive indicators for immunotherapy's efficacy in gastric malignancies. The Cancer Genome Atlas gastric adenocarcinoma data demonstrated a statistically significant increase in PD-L1 expression, tumor mutation burden, and MSI-H frequency in elderly (over 70) gastric cancer patients compared to their younger (under 70) counterparts. This cohort study found MSI-H levels to be 268% in the elderly group and 150% in the younger group (P=0.0003); tumor mutation burden was higher in the elderly group (67 mutations/Mb) than in the younger group (51 mutations/Mb) (P=0.00004); and PD-L1 mRNA levels were 56 counts per million mapped reads in the elderly and 39 in the younger group (P=0.0005). In a real-world setting, 416 gastric cancer patients were evaluated, showing analogous results (70/less than 70 MSI-H 125%/66%, P =0.041; combined positive score 1 381%/215%, P < 0.0001). Immunotherapy treatment of 16 elderly gastric cancer patients yielded an impressive objective response rate of 438%, accompanied by a median overall survival of 148 months and a remarkable 70-month median progression-free survival. Treating elderly gastric cancer patients with immunotherapy, as demonstrated in our research, produced a lasting clinical improvement, and further exploration of this technique is warranted.
